Feds put Arizona jobless rate at 10%

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics says Arizona’s employment rate hit 10 percent in July, a slightly gloomier picture that the state’s report of 9.6 percent earlier this month. The local figures were adjusted for seasonal influences.
